Q: What are the types of files we accept?
A: Generally we prefer the files to be pdf at the actual size with crop marks if needed. We also accept files in other formats. Give us a call at (02)9281 3799 to confirm, set up fees may apply for files that are not pdf and not set up correctly.
Q: Can I place an order online?
A: Yes you can submit your file online. If the job is worth more than $100, we ask you to see a proof before proceeding with the job.
Q: What is bleed?
A: The image below best describes bleed. It is the actual space outside the crop marks that gets trimmed.
